Department of MCA
The Department of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at M.I.E.T. Arts & Science College was established in 1995, with an intake capacity of 60 students. The program, affiliated with Bharathidasan University, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, offers both:
1. Regular Stream (3 years): Open to all eligible graduates.
2. Lateral Entry Stream (2 years): Exclusively for graduates of B.Sc. (CS), BCA, and B.Sc. (IT).
The department is committed to providing a global-standard education in Computer Applications. Equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and a team of well-trained faculty members, the department continually achieves excellent academic results, with several students earning university ranks since its inception.
