The National Service Scheme (NSS) at M.I.E.T. Arts & Science College plays a vital role in shaping students into socially responsible citizens. Two Units for Men: Comprising 200 volunteers
One Unit for Women: Comprising 100 volunteers
Each NSS volunteer is required to dedicate 120 hours per year to community service, excluding participation in annual camps
At the completion of two years of satisfactory service, volunteers are awarded the NSS Certificate, which holds recognition equivalent to a Diploma in Social Service.
