Admission Procedure


M.I.E.T. Arts and Science College follows a systematic and transparent admission procedure to ensure a smooth enrollment process for all applicants. Below are the details:


Cost of Application Form

  •   Undergraduate (U.G.) : ₹50/-

  •   Postgraduate (P.G.) : ₹100/-


Admission Process



Availability of Application Forms

- Application forms for all programs are available at the College Office.

- Students must pay the prescribed fee in person to obtain the form.


Submission of Application

- Only application forms that are correctly filled in with all required details will be accepted.

- Students can apply for admission immediately after the announcement of Higher Secondary results.


Document Requirements

For U.G. admission, students must attach 2 photocopies (Xerox) of the following documents:

- Higher Secondary Mark Sheet or printout of results from the government-prescribed website.

- Transfer Certificate (TC).

- Aadhar Card.

- Community Certificate.

- For P.G. admission, students must also provide a printout or photocopy (Xerox) of all their semester mark statements from the university’s website.


Fee Payment

- Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances

- Candidates must pay the specified fees by the due date to confirm their admission. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their seat.


Original Document Submission

- Original Mark Sheet and Transfer Certificate must be submitted to the College Office before the commencement of the academic year.

- The Original Transfer Certificate will not be returned once submitted.
