Admission Guidelines and Instructions
To ensure a seamless admission process at M.I.E.T. Arts and Science College, applicants are advised to carefully read the instructions below and follow the steps diligently.
Preliminary Instructions
Read Before Applying
Applicants must thoroughly review the Admission Brochure, Eligibility Criteria, and Procedure before filling out the application form.
Eligibility Check
Choose your desired courses based on the eligibility criteria provided. Ensure you meet the required qualifications before applying.
Accuracy in Marks Entry
Enter the marks obtained in the qualifying examination with utmost accuracy. Any discrepancies may lead to the rejection of the application.
Application Submission
Unique Application Number (UAN)
Upon successful submission of the application form, a Unique Application Number (UAN) will be generated. This number must be referenced for all queries.
No Seat Guarantee
Submitting the application form does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to verification, eligibility, and availability of seats.
Interaction with Principal
Mandatory Meeting
Applicants must attend a scheduled meeting with the Principal accompanied by their Parent/Guardian on the specified date.
No Rescheduling
Requests to change the meeting date will not be entertained.
Fee Payment and Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Fees
Fees paid at the time of admission are *non-refundable* under any circumstances.
Payment Timeline
Selected candidates must pay the prescribed fees on the day of admission.
Required Documents for Admission
Applicants must submit the following original documents along with photocopies (where required) during admission:
A printed copy of the submitted application form (A4 Sheet).
Original Plus Two (+2) Mark Sheet with one photocopy.
Original Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate with one photocopy.
Original Community Certificate (if applicable) with one photocopy.
Recent passport-sized photographs (5 copies).
Additional Notes
Photocopies for Personal Use
Applicants are advised to retain sufficient photocopies of all original certificates for future requirements.
Adherence to Rules
All admissions are subject to the college’s rules and regulations. Ensure compliance to avoid any complications.

Class Timings and Admission Guidelines
Monday to Thursday : 09:15 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.
Friday : 09:15 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.
Submission of Original Certificates
Candidates will be officially admitted only after submitting their original certificates to the college.
Application Form Instructions
Non-Transferable - The application form is strictly non-transferable and should be used only by the applicant to whom it is issued.
Do Not Send Original Certificates - Original certificates should NOT be sent along with the application form. The college will not be responsible for any loss of certificates.
Fee Payment
Deadline for Fee Payment - Candidates must pay the prescribed fees on or before the specified date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the seat.
